Welcome to Avivo’s Community Support Program (CSP)! Membership is free and open to adults residing in Hennepin County who live with a severe and persistent mental illness. We offer a place to belong, build friendships, connect with others – while experiencing engaging activities and finding meaningful life resources! Avivo CSP programming is offered in-person and virtually.
